The End is Near

The end is near, but you need not fear if you are on God’s side,

But if you’re not, then there’s not a lot of time left to decide,

Be on your guard, and you must discard all the
things that are in God’s way,

Give in to Him, Give Him everything and put on God’s armour today

So take the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness,

The shoes of the Gospel of Peace,

The shield of faith, the helmet of salvation

And the Sword of the Spirit, but don’t cease,

To put God number one, if at work or at fun

And in all things remember this phrase:

Take the whole armour of God with you ‘till
the end of your days.

Some people say that God wouldn’t send us to hell.

You don’t need help from God,

You send yourselves there just as well.

Keep strong my friend, and do not bend,

If your troubles are not small,

And do not fret, or get upset, if your back’s against the wall

The Lord is here, So do not fear,

He’ll always pull you through,

Just spread God’s news, and forget your blues,

But no matter what you do,

Just take the belt of truth, ……etc.
